Crystal Palace won back their place in the top flight of English football in 2013 after eight long seasons in the Championship.
In the near-decade since, Palace have established themselves as a solid, mid-table Premier League side under the likes of Tony Pulis, Alan Pardew, Sam Allardyce, Roy Hodgson and Patrick Vieira.
Only once have they dropped below 14th place in the end-of-season table, but a top-half finish has eluded them since 2014/15, when they finished 10th.
Palace fans will be hoping that Vieira, the current boss, can deliver the club’s first major trophy in the coming years.
They have twice been runners-up in the FA Cup, most recently in 2015/16, when they lost to Manchester United.
Last year, Vieira showed their potential as a cup side by leading them to the semifinals, before they fell to Chelsea.
